Erykah Badu's 2010 North America Tour Schedule Announced

It's Set! Erykah Badu has confirmed upcoming dates for her 2010 North American tour which has been titled, Out My Mind, Just In Time. Where did she come up with the name of the tour? It's the title of the last track on her latest album, New Amerykah Part Two: Return Of The Ankh.

The first stop on the 2010 Badu tour will be in Baltimore, MD at the Pier Six Pavilioin on May 22 and will have its final stint on June 24 in Las Vegas at The Pearl Concert Theater.  

A galvanizing live performer renowned for her electrifying stage presence and soulful vocal ability, Erykah Badu's Out My Mind, Just In Time tour promises to deliver a fantastically funky live experience not to be missed. The outing will also feature an exciting revolving cast of opening acts that vary by city, including N.E.R.D., Bilal, Janelle Monae, and drummer Ahmir "?uestlove" Thompson from The Roots. 

Released by Universal Motown Records in March, Badu's fifth studio album, New Amerykah Part Two: Return Of The Ankh, arrived to a chorus of critical acclaim that hushed critics of the controversial music video for the album's first single, Window Seat.

The current album from Ms. Badu has debuted at the #2  slot on Billboard's Digital Albums chart and No. 4 on the Top 200 chart.
