Federal Authorities Seek to Indict Roger Clemens

Federal authorities have decided to seek an indictment against pitching great Roger Clemens on charges of making false statements about his use of performance-enhancing drugs.

A Department of Justice source with knowledge of the matter told Fox News that Clemens is expected to be indicted soon. Two people briefed on the matter told the New York Times, which first reported the development, that an announcement is expected later Thursday.
