Job Description:
Graphic Design interns will assist with the development and design of core graphics, collateral and event materials along with helping design and develop collateral updates. Interns will also have the opportunity to attend project meetings and press checks. Interns must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe inDesign. Writing and proofing skills are also required.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 8–20 hours per week during regular business hours. Telecommute available.
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of computer competency.
- Applicants should be self-motivated, organized, willing to help with any project no matter how large or small, and able to balance multiple priorities at once.
- Applicants must have a strong desire to make a difference, a passion for the mission, a positive attitude and an affinity for the color yellow.
- Applicants must be able to provide their own housing and transportation; mastery of parallel parking is a plus.
