Testimony is expected to get underway in the trial of a former NBA player Tuesday in Warren County. Kirk Snyder, 26, is charged with breaking into a neighbor's townhome last spring and assaulting a man inside.

LeBron James currently leads the league in scoring with an average of 29.8 points per game. He holds a slight edge over Kevin Durant, who trails by just a tenth of a point at 29.7. But according to James, whether or not he finishes the season on top doesn't matter. A drugged-up Doc Gooden, whose substance abuse crippled his shot at baseball immortality, was arrested after a morning rush hour accident with his son in the car, police said Wednesday. Gooden - a former Cy Young winner with the Mets who threw a no-hitter for the Yankees - was taken into custody after the 8:50 a.m. accident Tuesday in Franklin Lakes, N.J., police said.

Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown spent time in the Smyrna jail this weekend. Brown was charged with driving under the influence. Channel 2 Action News called the jail and found out police arrested Brown early Saturday morning.
