With little liquidity floating around, eyes are on Jackson's real estate holdings.

Holyfield sues attorney over foreclosure

Former boxing champ Evander Holyfield has filed a lawsuit in Texas saying a lawyer who loaned him $560,000 foreclosed on his house seven days before the debt was due. According to the Courthouse News Service, Holyfield also complained in the lawsuit filed in Houston that attorney Jeffrey Stern bought the property for himself after foreclosing.

Ohio man bulldozes $350K home to avoid foreclosure

Ohio – An Ohio man says he bulldozed his $350,000 home to keep a bank from foreclosing on it. Terry Hoskins says he has struggled with the RiverHills Bank over his home in Moscow for years and had problems with the Internal Revenue Service. He says the IRS placed liens on his carpet store and commercial property and the bank claimed his house as collateral.

Comedian/actor owes over $8 million in taxes!

*Wow, is Sinbad in really deep doo-doo with the IRS. According to the Detroit News, the Michigan native, owes more than $8.15 million in delinquent federal taxes and the U.S. Attorney General's office wants his house sold to help satisfy the debt, according to federal court records. On Dec. 10, an assistant U.S. attorney asked a federal judge to foreclose on several tax liens and determine whether the 53-year-old comedian is the true owner of a $1.5 million home in Hidden Hills, Calif.
