Ever year, Billboard honors a female recording artist that has inspired the music business with her success, leadership and new ideas with their “Billboard Woman of The Year” award. Billboard announced on Tuesday that Beyonce was the woman that they chose to honor due to her many accomplishments over the past 12 months.
