Rapper Bow Wow’s mother, Teresa Caldwell is the latest casualty of the IRS’s ramped up attempts to collect taxes owed by celebrities.

According to SandraRose.com, Caldwell’s Taste boutique in Atlanta was claimed by the state department of revenue for taxes owed.
