Ex-wife says Lorenzen Wright left with drugs the night he died

(WMC-TV) - Documents reveal new details about what may have happened the night former NBA star Lorenzen Wright disappeared.

According to a search warrant, dated August 1, 2010, Wrights ex-wife, Sherra, told Collierville Police that Lorenzen left her house the night he disappeared carrying a box of drugs and a sum of money.

She then alerted police in the Memphis suburb of Collierville.

A body found near Hacks Cross and Winchester in Memphis appears to be that of missing former NBA player Lorenzen Wright.

One of Wright's uncles tells media the body is that of the missing former NBA player. Curtis Wright told The Associated Press that police called the player's father, Herb Wright, a couple of hours ago to notify him.

Former NBA player Lorenzen Wright has been reported missing by his family after disappearing last Sunday. Wright was last seen in Memphis before he was to board a flight out of town, according to his sister.
